About the Podcast

Graying Rainbows is a podcast community devoted to those who are coming out LGBT+ Later in Life. It was launched in November 2018 by Dr. Ginger Campbell.

Coming Out is not a one-time event, it is a life-long process, but coming out later in life presents its own unique challenges. Unfortunately there are few books and other resources devoted to this topic. One goal of Graying Rainbows is to fill this gap by providing useful information and a place where people from diverse backgrounds can share their stories.

While the Graying Rainbows podcast is the cornerstone of this effort, one of our primary missions is to create a community where people can also connect with one another. We have started a Facebook page and private Facebook Group and invite your ideas on how to accomplish this important goal.
